The Cribs - Mirror Kissers

I may be a little biased (as The Cribs are my favourite band) but I think the animation in this video is really interesting. Directed by music video directors Diamond Dogs, this video was shot on a plain white background, then around 2740 frames were printed, photocopied, and manipulated before being edited back together to produce the outcome. I think it works really well, its stylistically spot on. It's not your typical music video as it's laced with blemishes and could be described as rather ugly - all of which actually compliments the track.
However, I didn't notice that this had aspects of pixilation in it! The parts where the hand comes in and manipulates some of the frames is a great example of pixilation working well.
