OUAN404 - Visual Language - Set, Series, Sequence
In
this brief we were presented with a key word in which we then had to
explore and produce 32 images linked to that word; my word was cat - which I was pretty happy about. Throughout the task we had to consider all the different aspects
within the word such as: sound, touch, smell, motion, impact, shape,
size etc so that we got a wide range of ideas when drawing.
I drew 32 images that I thought related to 'cat' in some way or another.
Following this, we were asked to produce a further 8 images from different angles etc based on an existing one. I chose to focus mine on the cat scratching a sofa/chair.
Moving on from this, we were then asked to produce a storyboard telling a story based on your given word.
