Photography induction

During our Photography sessions, we experimented with lighting in the studio and we were shown how light can be added to an image with a reflector and how to introduce either a softer or direct light.
Before the use of the reflector - image is far too yellow.
With the use of the reflector - image is far brighter and shadows are more visible. Custom settings were used in the camera so that the reflector could be used.
Over exposed - there too much light here, no shadows can be seen.
Under exposed - there is not enough light here, some objects can't be seen.

Better lighting - all objects colours show nicely and shadows can be seen clearly.

We were also shown continuous shooting, which when merged with a slow shutter speed, results in a multi exposure image.

Using a strong external flash as the shutter captures an image.

  Slow shutter speed.
